These terms describe the basic conditions for using the COMMECT website operated by ㈜코멕트 (COMMECT, the “Company”) and submitting business enquiries.

1. Purpose and scope
These terms cover browsing information, using website materials and submitting enquiries. The scope of individual business services, fees, trade terms and the parties’ rights and obligations are subject to separate discussions and agreements.

The website introduces coffee business information, connections with global partners, and communication and coordination support. Website descriptions do not guarantee the supply of a particular product, the completion of a transaction, or any quality, price or financial outcome.
3. Enquiries and responses
Users should provide accurate contact details and enquiry information. The Company may review and respond using the information submitted. An enquiry or response alone does not establish a contract or confirm particular trade terms.
