Privacy Policy

㈜코멕트 (COMMECT, the “Company”) respects personal information. This policy explains how information submitted through the website’s business enquiry form is handled.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Information collected and how

The website enquiry form requires a contact name, company and email address. Phone number and message are optional. Please do not include identity numbers, financial or health information, or other sensitive or unnecessary information in your message.

2. Purposes

Information is used to identify the enquirer, review and respond to enquiries, and maintain related business communication. It is not used for unrelated purposes, including promotional messages, without separate consent or another lawful basis.

3. Retention

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and related communication, and deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn and the information is no longer needed. Where a separate transaction creates a statutory retention obligation, only the relevant records are retained separately for the legally required period.

4. Deletion procedures and methods

When information is no longer needed, any statutory retention obligation is checked before deletion. Electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery, and paper records are shredded or otherwise destroyed. Information retained by law is used only for that retention purpose.

5. Third-party disclosure

Personal information submitted through the form is not provided to business partners or other third parties without consent, except as permitted by law. If disclosure is needed for partner discussions, the recipient, purpose, information concerned and retention period are explained and any required consent is obtained.

6. Data processing providers

Providers: Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Supabase, Inc. (United States), which provide the Supabase service and operational support. Tasks: enquiry database storage and management, backup and recovery, and operational and security support.

Information processed: contact name, company, email, and any phone number or message voluntarily submitted. Information is sent to the storage service over encrypted connections when an enquiry is submitted.

Primary storage location: the database and backups in the Seoul region, Republic of Korea. Limited access by overseas support personnel may occur when necessary for technical support or security response. Selecting Seoul does not mean that all related processing is confined to Korea.

Duration: for as long as necessary to perform the outsourced tasks within the Company’s enquiry retention period. The Company deletes information when its purpose is fulfilled or a deletion request is actioned. Copies in recovery backups expire according to the provider’s backup retention cycle. Return or deletion upon service termination follows the applicable data processing agreement.

7. Subprocessors and safeguards

Supabase may use infrastructure providers identified in its published subprocessor list. Its data processing agreement addresses purpose limitations, confidentiality, restricted access, subprocessor safeguards and assistance with individual rights. The Company limits processing to what is necessary for the outsourced tasks and updates this policy for material changes to those tasks or providers.

8. Overseas processing

Supabase operations, technical support and service metadata processing may take place in Singapore, the United States and locations identified in its official subprocessor list. Where personal information is processed overseas, the Company will provide notices, obtain consent or take other steps required by applicable law. If you prefer not to use the web enquiry form, contact sales@commect.ai to discuss an alternative enquiry method.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent by contacting sales@commect.ai. Requests are handled after identity and applicable legal requirements are checked, and the outcome is communicated. If a request cannot be fully fulfilled, for example because of a statutory retention obligation, the reason is explained.

10. Consent and optional information

You may decline consent to the collection and use of personal information. Without consent for the required information, the web form cannot accept your enquiry. Optional information may be left blank.

11. Safeguards and privacy contact

The Company will maintain appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, including management of access permissions, to protect personal information. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be directed to ㈜코멕트 (COMMECT) at sales@commect.ai or +82-10-4836-5159.

12. Policy changes

Material changes to purposes, information collected or retention arrangements will be announced on the website with their application date. Separate consent will be obtained where required by applicable law.
